Unseen Battles

A project meant to spark awareness and empathy.

Mental health is still too often misunderstood, especially conditions like bipolar disorder. Through this project, I wanted to shine a light on the inner realities people live with every day. Real experiences that go far beyond medical terms. Inspired by Selena Gomez’s "My Mind and Me", my goal is to make the unseen visible, to break stigma and to remind us that strength exists in vulnerability. To bring this vision to life, I worked in a professional media studio, using a full-frame camera setup and post-production tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

At its heart, this project is about empathy and celebrating the complexity that makes us human.
